We recently listed and sold one of our investment properties with Tammy. From start to finish she did a fanstastic job with several hurdles to overcome, one being our tenants making it hard for her to show potential buyers through in a nice environment, as they purposely left it messy and tried to make it difficult. Tammy and her team from the moment i inspected the property, provided me everything from details of shops, neighbourhood, local schools etc and how far the distances were to even assisting me with scheduling the building and pest inspection for me! i live interstate and didn’t have local knowledge which they provided both Tammy and Emmerson. They were extremely efficient and the contract was signed settled and done by a record 20day settlement over Xmas and New Years also. I would highly recommend Place Agents and will use them again for sure!
