We first met Dion about 5 years ago, when he sold a previous property for us. It was under less than ideal circumstances, but he worked hard and got an acceptable result. Selling this property would be better for sure. On the first call, he answered by name, showing we were important enough to hold information from the last time we met. He sat down and discussed strategies for an auction with a second plan if that didn't work. No bidders registered after a campaign that generated strong interest and above average number of inspections. More chats about how to proceed.
