We couldn't have been happier with Dion's service or the outcome of our sale! He was such an amazing communicator and held my hand every step of the way. We were living in Toowoomba and selling in Brisbane so Dion and his team were always on hand to help me set the house up, make appointments and do whatever needed doing to get the house ready to sell. He held two open homes week for a few weeks and called me after each one to give detailed feedback on how it went, who came through, etc. Dion's advice to me was to sell the house at auction and I'm so glad we did - we got an incredible price on the house, far more than we'd hoped for. He was also super-helpful in giving me advice when it came to buying my next house. Dion didn't have to do this, but he's a genuinely nice guy and he's always happy to help.
