Shannon was really flexible and happy to show us through the property outside of business hours which we were incredibly grateful for. She was also great at getting back to us via email and text which made the sale process run really smoothly because we both work in jobs where we can’t have our phones on us so returning phone calls during business hours can be really hard. Shannon was able to provide a lot of insight about the local area as well which made us feel really confident in our decision to purchase. As buyers we felt that she was very transparent through out the process which made the buying process really straightforward and because she was willing to do things outside of standard hours we got everything done quickly which was great.
