Very nice lady. Very helpful. But... Very disappointed on settlement day, no body to meet us for hand over of our keys. We were told the key is hidden in the backyard and the rest were left on the kitchen bench. Told that we will catch up the next day as she had a house warming gift for us, haven’t seen or heard from her. I was with my son when he purchased his property and that small real estate he dealt with were great, they took him through for a final inspection and when he collected the keys they literally rolled out the red carpet and all applauded as they handed him a big gift basket. So impressed. Obviously “Place” real estate do it differently. Would recommend her to a friend but would hope they were treated with a little more respect at the end, not just till the contract was signed.
