Jess has been really helpful in adressing different aspects of the sale of our property right from preparation of the house, reporting and follow up of open house feed back and processing of the sale. She is really professional in how she conducts the sale of our property.

Thank you Jess and Jonathan for helping me sell my townhouse. My wife and I understand the condition of the Calamvale townhouse market. Unfortunately, we were also met with several other units in our complex for sale at the same time, which made conditions even more challenging. They were patient and continued relentlessly with bringing buyers through. Our eventual buyer came from their database of buyers who not only paid us a price we were happy with, they also paid us rent while the sale of their property was on-going. We are happy with your service and the result achieved. Thank you Jess and Jonathan.

Dear Jess, Rod & I would like to thank you most sincerely for all your hard work during the marketing of our property. You made the whole campaign flow so effortlessly, but we know how much effort you put into the whole project; you were always so positive and so prompt on all and any feedback from prospective purchasers, nothing was too much trouble for you - even if it might have been after a long and tiring day with your other clients you never failed to have a smile or words of encouragement. We must add that prior to our decision to go to auction - as opposed to a straight sale, we were somewhat sceptical about auctions; but after our initial discussion with you we were convinced that in our current market Auction was the best way to go. Although you at no time pressed us one way or the other, just presented the facts, figures and local statistics as opposed to generalising (your local knowledge is incredible) So once again Jess our sincere thanks, Rod and I wish you all the very best for the future and hope you continue to have many more successful sales (and or auctions). We have no hesitation in recommending Jess to anyone selling in the area.

Owen and his team are confident and knowledgeable on all matters relating to Real Estate in Sunnybank. The Team worked towards a successful outcome but at times found them stretched to capacity and the follow up communication with us was average. I’d recommend Owen and his Team to any perspective seller/buyer in the Sunnybank area.

Owen’s market knowledge was extensive and this gave me confidence in selecting him to sell my property. During the campaign the first contract fell over and Owen worked hard to secure another buyer which resulted in a great price. I found the whole team to be helpful and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
