Responsive and organized leasing agent
Shelley was very approachable and professional. We need to lease out our one bedroom apartment while supply of the area has been record high due to COVID. Shelly re-assessed the market situation and feedback from people who came to view the property every week and adjust the leasing strategy quickly. We have our property leased in 6 weeks and organize the cleaning of the property for us after we move out. It was a hassle free experience.

Great result
I met Shelley at our property in Market St Randwick, went through what was required to get the property back on the market. Shelley arranged all the services and repairs with in a week, advertised at the correct rental to meet the current market conditions and leased the property without delay. Personable, trustworthy and professional property agency
Shelley is a friendly and approachable property manager. She knows the property we rent like the back of her hand, responds to any queries or concerns straight away and follows up any job orders with strata to ensure they fulfill their obligations. Boutique agency and bespoke agent!
Shelley recently leased our duplex in picture perfect Little Bay and was a pleasure to deal with. She was enthusiastic from the very beginning, honest, professional and very approachable. Great Result
During Covid-19, our property became vacant and was initially managed by one of the large real estate agencies. After three months trying to lease the recently renovated and modernised unit without success, we decided to change managing agents by going with Shelley Bays of Plan A Property Group. Shelley was very energetic, positive and regularly updated us on the status of the unit inspections and market condition (which is difficult during Covid-19). After two weeks Shelley managed to find new tenants for the unit. I found Shelley to be very professional and competent and would highly recommend her to prospective landlords & tenants.
