Mark has been a stand out agent for us when selling our house. He is friendly, down to earth, transparent and really knows his market well. He was great to work with and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and everything went smoothly. His instincts on market behaviour, how we should price, and what to tidy and what not to tidy were spot on. A great experience for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. You don't need to go with a large agency any more.

I contacted Mark after viewing Poole Property's website and reading the underlying principles that Mark is basing his recently established business on. They aligned with the values that I wanted an agent to have that I was entrusting to sell our family home that we had loved for 31 years. From my initial phone contact I appreciated Mark's calm respectful approach and his willingness to listen and take on board the aspects of the sale that were important to me, without exerting high pressure sales talk. Throughout the entire process, I found Mark to be a person of integrity, honesty and an excellent communicator. Every aspect of the advertising and sales process were explained and talked through and my input valued. Mark's experience and insight into the mountains property market was obvious in his attention to detail and the carefully planned advertising that saw our home sold within days of the advertising launch and after only one open house. During the weeks between contracts being exchanged and settlement, Mark continued to be in touch answering any questions and ensuring that the selling process continued to go smoothly. Mark made the process of selling our home a much easier experience than I could have ever imagined and I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Poole Property to anyone considering selling or buying in the mountains.

Mark was professional, knowledgeable, informative and the whole experience couldn't have been better. Very accurate indication of expected outcome for the sale of my property and great metrics throughout the process so I was never left wondering where the sale was at.

We bought our first home through Mark. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding. From day dot Mark made us feel at ease and ensured to provide us with all information as possible, although he never pushed for us to make decisions on the spot. Mark allowed us to re visit the property on a number of occasions without hesitation. Marks patience, time and effort definitely didn’t go unnoticed throughout the time of purchasing our property. Mark is genuine, kind and enthusiastic of his work. If you are looking for a realestate agent I definitely recommend Poole realestate.

In a world where REAs are often seen as dishonest and almost intractable, Mark shone through the process of this property purchase by displaying great integrity and transparency even though he was still defending his client's interests. He was very accommodating of our asks to visit the property again (to take builders for quotes) and clear and efficient to establish communication between us and the seller. If I sell a property I'd use Mark's services as he clearly aligns with my values AND my bar for efficiency and getting stuff done.

The whole process was easy and stress free.
