Brad will give you an honest market appraisal, not some over exaggerated high figure just to get you to sign a contract. Brad has excellent market knowledge, and knows how to sell property. Brad also knows how to treat and respect the purchaser being able to give market comparisons for what he is selling. I would definatley recommend Brad if you are selling or purchasing property.
