The name Prentice has been synonymous with Real Estate on the Mornington Peninsula for 80 years. Founded in 1946 by Bill Prentice and incorporated in 1958 as Prentices Peninsula Properties P/L, the Company is well recognised as one of the largest, most experienced and respected, independent Agencies in the area. Pleasant and patient.

Michael was very patient with us very seniors.he didnot assume because of our age we would not be interested in a renovation,but it turned out to be the very best option for us.so much for spending two weeks hunting on my own it would have saved so much effort to have met Michael on day one.Thankyou for taking your time to find out what we rearly needed.I have no hesitation in recommending him to others

Straightforward and easy to deal with

I found Michael really easy to communicate with from meeting him to signing the contract. He let us know where we stood the whole time and didn’t mess us around with mixed messages or sales fluff. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and handled professionally. If there were any updates, we got them quickly, and he was always available to answer questions without making it feel like a hassle. It made the whole process a lot smoother and less stressful than it usually is. I’d happily deal with Michael again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
