I will go back 3 years when we engaged Michael Christodoulou to sell our home. Firstly he was upfront with his commission charge (the cheapest we found) and advertising costs ( did not indulge in unreasonable budget ) . Michael achieved an excellent price. However at the very last hurdle my wife decided she did not want to sell after all. The staff at Prentice then had to act as "counsellors" instead of salesmen. At no time was any pressure bought upon us. Michael's comment was - health is more important than a sale. Although he had been denied a commission - his thoughts were with us. When the time came to list our property (and my wife was ready) naturally we engaged Michael He achieved a quick sale at again - an excellent price.

Michael is a long time agent on the Mornington Peninsula therefore his knowledge of the local area is excellent. Our selling campaign began as a private sale, we then requested that we change to online auction. this was done quickly and efficiently. We then achieved a sale prior to auction.
