I picked Ben not only because of this, but he was the most responsive and approachable. He was also respectful (my mother just passed and it was our family home) and helpful. He not only provided solid and commercially good recommendations to help best present the property but had excellent referral to trades in the hills when I asked for help. Over this time, he went the extra mile to help out as I was based in Sydney. The end result, we achieved the upper end of the evaluation and the buyers were a perfect fit for the home, with both parties happy. G'day Ben, Have not had time to send a review. Not much time or fun shifting house. "We were fortunate to have Ben Ciocca handle the sale of our home. We had a very short time line to sell and relocate: and needed a cash buyer quickly. Ben understood our situation and worked to give us a surprisingly rapid outcome. He gave us very detailed advice on how to prepare our property for the photo shoot. Immediately after, on the Friday, the "For Sale" was erected. The "Home Open" was on the Sunday. Several offers arrived by Wednesday. All above what was advertised. Only one was a cash buyer. After advising we would accept, Ben was able to negotiate an even higher price. The sale went through successfully. There were higher offers(with conditions for finance) and as it all happened so quickly there probably could have been more. We can highly recommend Ben for his professionalism throughout the whole process .
