Great agent
I would highly recommend Ben. He has fantastic communication skills and a great knowledge of the hills area. Ben was able to sell our house in 3 weeks with two cash buyers. Ben and his agency are very professional and great communicators throughout the process.

Made an effort to find us a house
We were looking around at home opens in the area when at one of Ben’s opens he noticed we were very disappointed with the house he was showing. Instead of ignoring us as most other agents do at home opens he mentioned a house he had just listed which might be more our style. It was and Ben managed to arrange a viewing that same day, no small feat on a Sunday evening prior to a public holiday. We had met a few agents in the area in the previous few weeks at home opens and his friendliness and professionalism was a nice change.

As we embarked on our journey to find the right home for us, we were grateful that Ben was very knowledgeable about the area that we were considering. Awesome agent, highly recommended
Ben has a very good knowledge of real-estate in the hills and surrounding areas, him and his team offer great customer service and have a very personal approach. The initial appraisal was very realistic which enabled a quick sale, negotiations were processed very fast and professionally. Overall very happy with Provincial, Thanks Ben and the team.
