Ethical agent who gets the job done !!!
I had the pleasure of selling my house recently with Ben Ciocca who I found to be a ethical and professional agent who acts in the best interest of the seller. He kept me fully informed during the sale process, feedback after each home open and more importantly sold my house within one month of listing the property. If you want a professional agent who up holds the professionalism of the real estate industry and is a skilled negotiator then Ben is your real estate agent !!!....also his sales assistant Sam Lambert is fantastic operator keeps you up to date during the sales process and makes sure everything is scheduled to facilitate the final sale.....overall I am very pleased with my dealings with Provincial Real Estate and I would list again with Ben when the time arises.

We were kept informed of every step of the process from preparing to put the house on the market until settlement.
