Reviewed a few local agents but pretty much knew after meeting Lisa that she was the perfect fit! Upfront, a fabulous communicator, open and honest, transparent and totally on the ball! When other agents asked me who I was using, they spoke so highly of her!!! She's highly experienced, a great negotiator, not pushy at all for us to take first offers and just made it work... and it was by no means easy or straight forward, but we achieved a great price working with her. We had a few property issues to contend with but Lisa handled them exceptionally. Her rates are competitive with other agents and I have no doubt we'll use her again in the near future. Lisa and Jada saw us when we visited one of their listed properties Jan26. They were pleasant through the viewing answering all questions we asked. Following on to placing our offer they were quick to to relay and then respond back to. Following questions re trust account details were prompt and all future questions have been responded to quickly. Of note it was nice to see an agency with a realistic price guide. Having seen way too many properties listed with a price guide 10% or more is actually no guide for a buyer. If a seller would like a price simply list for the price. This is possibly why we were able to agree quickly on an exchange price quickly. Thank you.

Kay was highly professional and very attentive. She was always very available to us and if not she would call back straight away. Even though she was working for the vendor, she made us feel like we matted and we felt respected throughout the buying process. She knew the property really well and her experience in real estate and the process of selling and buying homes was very evident immediately. If we were to sell a property in the future, she would be our number one pick. And if we have a buy a property, I would seek her out 1st to see what she had. She understood my special situation and worked within that to more than meet my needs and expectations, at the same time building trust and confidence that she had my interests in her focus.
