I've been with Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield for many years. And when I sold my rental property and bought a new one, I stayed with R&H because: 1. They worked hard to get good tenants for me; and, 2. They quickly fixed any issues the tenant may have had; and, 3. David Vitiello and the rest of the team are always good to deal with I highly recommend them.

As first time renters we are so happy with the service and positive experience we have received from R&H Concord. Joanna was prompt in responding to our questions which was greatly appreciated and very accomodating. On picking up the keys at R&H Concord, the office team member at the front desk provided great customer service and was a joy to speak with. It was mentionable experience and a stand out to us as great customer service is rare these days.

I was looking for an agent and Mark reached out to me very promptly. I met him and the other BDM Marco at my property. They really put the effort in from the beginning when I was looking for an agent. This set them apart from the rest of the agencies I reached out to. Their professionalism and knowledgeable advice really encouraged trust, which is very important to me. They assisted with repairs and installations while the property was vacant and being prepared for lease. Overall very happy with my decision to go with Raine and Horne Strathfield/Concord.

Alison Chang was excellent to deal with. Her communication was consistently clear and timely, and she went out of her way to explain the finer details of the property before the inspection. It was obvious she made time despite a busy schedule. She was efficient, professional, and genuinely personable throughout, making the whole rental process smooth and reassuring.
