Xavier has been great to deal with in the purchasing of our home. In our property search we have come across numerous agents (sadly more often than not, not great ones). Even though we were the buyer in this instance - Xavier went out of his way to accommodate our needs - meeting us at the property during the settlement period to allow for trade quoting, measuring and enabling us to bring family along who were visiting from interstate so they could see our new home. He didn't need to do this but it was a massive help to us and we were very grateful. He also was prompt at responding to our requests and was reliable and responsive.
