Absolute pleasure to work with and an excellent agent!
Filippo sold my apartment for me in Marrickville and I highly recommend him! It was important to me that my tenants (who were still contracted for another 8 months) were treated with respect and not asked to leave and Filippo handled the situation well and with empathy. Appartment sold for a great price, tenants happy, I'm happy, everyone happy :) Excellent communication throughout the sales process. Constant updates and quick response times. Great Service and Kept Us Well Informed Throughout the Campaign

Filippo and his team were great
Filippo and his team, especially Xavier, were really supportive, friendly and accomodating while we were house hunting in Marrickville. They met all our requests for information and additional viewings promptly and with a friendly tone. It was nice to see a familiar face on the auction night and share the final result with the them.
