We found Jen very helpful and accommodating after viewing a number of properties that weren't suitable Jen suggested the property we bought. Communication thru the viewing, offer & contract stages was good whilst under some difficult circumstances on the Vendors side. Contract terms were negotiated well by Jen to mutual benefit of vendor & purchaser. Follow up between signing & settlement was good, with regular calls to make sure we were all on track. We appreciated the efficiency of emailing contracts for signing as we both work full time, lots of the viewings and calls were after hours too which was very helpful. We would recommend Jennifer after our first hand experience of her service.

Sometimes when a sale of a house is through necessity the journey can not only be a hard one but a difficult one. Jennifer negotiated between both parties, keeping me informed ever step of the way. I am so grateful that Jennifer showed great empathy and professionalism throughout this journey. I am sure others would have given up but Jennifer's focus was on the sale of the house and the best outcome for all and how we would achieve this.
