The communication was upfront and clear from the outset with high visibility re fees and charges; a marketing plan and timeline; immediate feedback on opens and prospects; and realistic assessment of the possible. Michael and his team members (Melissa) are on the front foot, proactive, sensible, not overly pushy, and they listen. They excel at keeping you informed and in the loop. The outcome of sale I also was most pleased with reflecting good skills in keeping the parties interested and negotiating to meet my needs for a decent price.
