From the time we first connected until the tenants moved in, they have been providing me with regular updates and have so promptly taken care of bond cleaning, compliance inspections and other services and getting my place ready for the tenancy. Olivia was very thorough during the property leasing process. She was available at all times to answer questions and made sure to organise and conduct multiple inspections as needed. She went above and beyond to find the most suitabe tenant for my new property. Maria was instrumental in ensuring all maintenance issues were sorted before the tenants moved in. She also organises regular periodic house inspections and always invites me along to these. Both of my properties are now managed by this team due to the ease of liaising with them and the trust I have in them. Would highly recommend Ray White, Brookwater and Greater Springfield for any property management needs.
