Thank you Tim for keeping in touch over the years when I first enquired to sell my property - then when I did all went very smoothly and very professionally. It was a very quick sale with no hiccups at all. Obviously Tim's database of prospective buyers is very healthy! Thank you Tim once again.

Jeff and myself sold our house at 44 Edinburgh road Benowa Waters. We used Tim as our agent, he was great and also helped us find another house - without his help we would be still looking. Jeff works big hours and the times he had to come see us after hours was not a problem. We would not hesitate to recommend Tim to friends and family , thanks Tim

Tim Grevell and the RW Benowa team did a great job selling our property. From the first meeting he was honest and realistic when discussing our expectations of a sale price and explaining the various advertising costs and commissions which gave us confidence. He helped us put together a very aggressive sales campaign, that delivered an incredible amount of interest in our property. As things progressed Tim kept us completely informed as to interest and sales prospects, we ended up with multiple sales contracts within 4 weeks of putting our property on the market. By following his advice we have achieved a satisfactory selling price for our property. Tim was very professional with prompt responses throughout all communications and went the extra mile in offering to help with trades people when some work needed to be carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim Grevell and the RW Benowa team (in fact I already have) to anyone looking to sell their home. Their ability to communicate openly and the proactive way they do business is a credit to them all.
