Highly Recommend Nima – Outstanding Service and Support

Excellent communicator and focussed on coming up with a solution that suits both vendor and buyer
Awais, whilst clearly on the side of the vendor came across as fair and had excellent communication. Applying the pressure you would expect as a buyer but with respect and a clear approach to finding a solution for both without just going for the highest price.

Amazing Service with a Deft Touch
Awais is professional, approachable and hard-working and really helped us feel comfortable as we navigated the bumpy road to secure our new home. When negotiations get tight and emotions creep in, Awais is very understanding of both vendor and buyer positions, finds ways to keep everyone engaged and adjusts to the needs of individual family members.
