Nicky has been very helpful all through the process.
Nicky has helped me through with any problems with my properties, as I don't live in Townsville any more there are usually things like the repairs to my house after the rain damage, she was there to help. With the sale of my houses she didn't mind going out of her way for me, even offering to do jobs in her own time. She made it all so easy for me! Thank you so much Nicky.

Smooth and Easy first home purchase
Cameron was wonderfully accomodating with all our questions and inspection requests. He made buying our first home an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you for all your help with our first home Cameron. The kids made us leave to bow on for at least a week :D House has been thoroughly lab tested and approved by Lulu. Keep up the great work!

Delightful Agent!
Cameron was so friendly and helpful in assisting us with our first home purchase! He went above and beyond in making our first home buying process a breeze! We were even treated to a lovely surprise when our settlement was completed. He had great knowledge of the area and his friendly demeanour was one of the reasons we chose to go ahead with Ray White. Sold our house during the worst of times.
When we first signed with Nicky, COVID-19 was a blip on the radar. Our house had been rented for 6 years and needed a lot of work to get it ready for sale. Nicky and her team employed quality tradesmen at reasonable prices and managed the lot on our behalf. We were finally ready to list the property and COVID-19 hit putting the whole country into lock-down. We thought that there was no chance of selling in the next 6 months. Nicky was always optimistic and even in the current climate had a contract signed and the property sold in 8 weeks. Nicky was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

My experience was second to none.
After speaking with Cameron about the sale of my house, he attended the property for a professional evaluation. He made everything so easy, with lots of customers keen to inspect. Can't praise Nicky high enough
Nicky is a first class real estate agent. She really understands the local market and gave great suggestions on how to get the best out of my home and then helped to arrange the improvements. Then, in the middle of the Covid lockdown, she marketed the property and went the extra mile bringing clients through the property when open houses weren't allowed. Even with Covid, she sold my home quickly and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I am more than happy to recommend Nicky as your estate agent if you are considering selling your home.
