I was in the house purchase Market , still am , and Cameron was the 4th agent that I interacted with and had a few more since. I absolutely loved his style of addressing small imperfections without taking it personally. His ability to call a spade a spade and not sugar coat offering a fluffy bunny as second prize is as I have found , rare , in realestate agents. In the end he empowered me to to decide to make a second offer above my first as by then the frank discussions made me realise this property was a bargain at advertised price. This appossed other agents that were wanting a sale and lowering price to buy other peoples property problems. Take it or leave it but if you want an Agent not a used car saleman try Cameron or his upline mentors as not many have the intestinal fortitude to be successful in 2020 downward trends. I have since purchased another House Privately and I asked Cameron for his personal thoughts. 10 out of 10 for his appraisal to the cent.

We did plenty of due diligence before settling on Nicky as our agent. We reviewed and met with at least 8 local agents and went with Nicky based on her Kirwan sales stats (quantity and price) and her commission (lowest we were offered). As well as this both my wife and I found her quite pleasant to deal with on the few occasions we met with her and Craig before signing. We had met Craig a few years earlier when looking to buy and were impressed with his honest advice then. Both Nicky and Craig were great in offering advice on price and presentation and I felt that my wants and input was being listened to and valued. I had to change the management of my property because the agent that was looking after my property was doing a terrible job. It seemed that I had to do things for them. I made a phone call to Ray White real estate and was very lucky to speak to Nicky. After having discussions regarding my intention, Nicky took over the transition of looking after my property. The transition was very smooth and all communications happened via e-mail and through phone conversations. I then decided to sell the property, I had the property for over 10 years and it was time to realise the value and move on. I had a discussion with Nicky regarding the sale. She inspected the property and suggested the improvements that had to be done in order to attain a reasonable price and also to ensure that the buyer was attracted to the house and that the buyer was also getting good value for their money. Nicky, sourced the trades personnel to complete tiling, improve cupboards inside the house, repair the gates etc at a very reasonable price. I was overseas during the time and Nicky took care of everything. Nicky was, in my experience, handling the sale of my property as if it was her property. I did not have any issues with the sale process, the house was sold at a good price at a short period of time. Nicky took care of the sale. I must stress that I live in Sydney, I have never met Nicky, other than to have quite a few e-mail exchanges and phone conversations, the service she has provided to me is very exceptional. I will forever be indebted to her. Nicky is a an excellent communicator, very honest, reliable and trustworthy. If I ever travel to Townsville I would definitely go and meet her and thank her in person for the great work she has done for me. I would recommend Nicky to anyone who wants to either buy, sell or manage a property. Nicky is a fantastic human being
