We did plenty of due diligence before settling on Nicky as our agent. We reviewed and met with at least 8 local agents and went with Nicky based on her Kirwan sales stats (quantity and price) and her commission (lowest we were offered). I had to change the management of my property because the agent that was looking after my property was doing a terrible job. It seemed that I had to do things for them. I made a phone call to Ray White real estate and was very lucky to speak to Nicky. After having discussions regarding my intention, Nicky took over the transition of looking after my property. The transition was very smooth and all communications happened via e-mail and through phone conversations. I then decided to sell the property, I had the property for over 10 years and it was time to realise the value and move on. I had a discussion with Nicky regarding the sale. She inspected the property and suggested the improvements that had to be done in order to attain a reasonable price and also to ensure that the buyer was attracted to the house and that the buyer was also getting good value for their money. I must stress that I live in Sydney, I have never met Nicky, other than to have quite a few e-mail exchanges and phone conversations, the service she has provided to me is very exceptional. I will forever be indebted to her. Nicky is a an excellent communicator, very honest, reliable and trustworthy. If I ever travel to Townsville I would definitely go and meet her and thank her in person for the great work she has done for me.
