Very Approachable
My family and I found Brendan very helpful and approachable. He always returned calls and messages regardless of what time they were sent. This was a great relief as the stress of buying a property sometimes can't want when you are a little anxious. Brendan is very polite, professional and very personable. His negotiating skills and contacts with clients on both sides is highly commendable.

House Sale
I found Gary to be professional in his approach to my needs, in the sale of my house. Honest in his communication. Informative in the process of the sale. I suppose the question is, would I use the services of Gary again, should I require them, and the answer is Yes. If the standards set by Gary where across the industry it might negate some of the negativity. I wish him all the best for he future

Sale of my house
What a wonderful experience using Mark and the team from Ray White Macarthur. They assisted with every step of the negotiation and never made me feel pressured either. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling, and will definitely use them again

It took us considerable time to decide to actually put our house on the market. Brendan was happy to provide us with advice as far out as 2 years before we actually sold, with no pressure to sell. His friendly, no pressure manner made us feel at ease and we were happy to put our sale in the hands of Brendan and Ray White. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Buying Investment Home Made Easy
I was looking for an investment home in the Minto region. I had been to a few open homes and finally settled on a property, however another buyer had beat me to making an offer. Luckily, a few weeks later, Gary, the agent, contacted me directly and let me know the house was back on the market, I was ecstatic about the news. He was very honest and transperant as he told me the house had a previous case of terminate activity but had been delt with by the vendor. Even though I had some concerns, Gary was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to keep my worries at bay. Moreover, I am currently working overseas, which complicated the process of purchasing property, however, Gary was very responsive to all my queries and acted quickly upon all request. He has really made the whole process as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend him in helping anyone to finding their next home.

Sale of our family home.
Absolutely amazing at the job he does, couldn't have picked a better agent, not only is he bright and bubbly every time you see and speak to him, he has a great knowledge in his field, answered every question we had without fail, made the whole sale process a little more enjoyable and easier, communication was fantastic countless phone calls ensuring we were happy with how everything was going, keeping us up to date and answering the million questions we had to ask is also a plus, it's good to see someone who has interest in their clients and ensuring they are happy, wether it's about the sale of the properly or how their weekend went. It was a pleasure working with Michael, would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to put their property onto the market! He sure knows how to make a first impression stick, his bubbly, kind and happy self with a happy smile is enough to want to have him as you're sales rep! Couldn't reccomend him enough! Thank you once again, not only from me but my family also.
