Obviously the standards at which this agency accepts for cleanliness, usable, and health and safety highly differ from what I accept as suitable. Not very happy with the fact that so many faults were not shared with us prior to signing on. The guise of covid19 not allowing us to open cupboards and wardrobes hid numerous aspects that would have been immediate "no" if we'd known about them. Direct debit rent was not set up to be taken out on date we specified in the lease paperwork, so I've just received a notification that my rent is one day overdue. I pointed this out over a week ago. Who's fault is that? The only positive I can say is at least the agent has actioned most issues relatively quick.
