Hard working, friendly and easy to approach. Living next door to the inspection house he was selling. I never seen an agent that organize so many house inspection, I guess he went out and beyond to make sure as much buyer as possible to achieve the best outcome. Highly recommended,

From our first meeting Jay inspired me with his friendliness and confidence in selling my home for a good price. Throughout the campaign Jay worked tirelessly, encouraging me with the feedback from prospective buyers, but always keeping me aware of the down-trend of the market, keeping my feet firmly on the ground. He kept me feeling positive and enthusiastic throughout the weeks of open inspections, with his smiles and excitement and feedback of the visitors' comments. The result was a fantastic auction and an amazing result! I cannot thank Jay and his fellow agent Zachary Zhang enough for their hard work and diligence in getting so many bidders on the day. Courtney Matthews was brilliant with the auction, certainly the best auctioneer I have ever heard. Thank you all so very much!

Knowledgeable, hard-working, focused, customer service orientated... and a genuinely nice person to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Courtney to organise, market and co-ordinate the sale of your home. You couldn't be in better hands!

Dealing with Courtney was a walk through the park. The auction process is quite intimidating and we sailed through that nice and easy
Courtney Matthews
We were pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism that Courtney displayed during the sale of our home. He provided us will regular updates during the campaign and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Courtney achieved a good sale price for us and his negotiating skills on the day of the auction were impressive (our home sold after auction). We highly recommend Courtney and his team from Ray White.

Hi Nicholas, Mum, and the whole family are delighted with the outcome of our recent auction in Mount Waverley. We chose Ray White because of your pro-active, always polite persistence over an extended period whilst we dealt with Mum's move into aged care. The advice that you and your office provided along the way about price expectation, marketing, staging and timing was valuable and proved to be invaluable. We could not be happier with your conduct of the campaign. From the outset, all the way through to the successful auction, your commitment, energy and understanding was outstanding, fantastic! Thank you Nicholas. Ted and Family.
