We found Courtney to be a very pleasant and informed agent. He was open, direct and efficient in his approach to us regarding the current market and what we were to expect. He kept us informed along the way and gave us good advice regarding how to present our home. On the day of our auction he read the bidders expertly. We would highly recommend him and his team. Thanks Courtney

We were impressed by Courtney from the start. He was one of three agents we interviewed and we liked his direct and open manner, his clear knowledge of the market and his prompt and honest communication. We chose well. In a very quickly changing market Courtney and team got us a great result with the minimum of stress.

From our first casual meeting I was impressed by Nicholas’s attitude and knowledge, not pushy but helpful. This proved correct throughout the whole stress full period of our successful sale by auction. He was prompt and reliable and advised and guided us all the way

We chose Nicholas based on his professional approach, proven sales record and ability to speak Mandarin. Nicholas kept us up to date constantly with market and buyer feedback as well as advice around marketing and opening the property for inspection. We couldn't have been happier with our choice in agent and recommend Nicholas and his services to friends and those considering selling their propertiy. Thank you Nicholas

Selling our elderly parents house with both myself and brother located interstate always seemed a daunting prospect. Until we engage Jay of Ray White. Jay immediately understood as situation and from the get go went out of his way to inform everyone of what needed to be done at every stage. The respect and grace with which he treated our parents was truly admirable. His attention to detail left us completely reassured throughout the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of the genuine enthusiasm and commitment he displayed in assisting our family at every stage.

Nicholas was great to work with. I met him at the first open and he was able to answer all my questions. He followed up when required and made a reassuring call the night before the auction to clear all my doubts. I noticed Nicholas also speaks fluent mandarin.
