After the Auction is where Kevin proved his credentials as a respected negotiator and advocate. As purchasers you often feel unloved by estate agents working to secure their vendor's the highest possible sale price, particularly in a booming market. Having fallen at the last hurdle in a number of previous auctions, we were feeling quite deflated. Once again here we where as the final bidder at an auction, the property passed in with a very high reserve. We had done our market research and after improving our offer slightly were happy to walk away. This is where Kevin came in and over the course of the next week work tirelessly managing the vendors expectation and in the end securing us the home. Not only was the final sale price suitable but we also had quite a few special conditions to be added to the contract, that I know where not easy to facilitate. I have little doubt we would not have been able to complete the deal without Kevin's enthusiasm and willingness to work on our behalf. In an age where Real Estate Agent "bashing" (verbal) is almost a sport Kevin is an agent we will look for when we are again in the market to buy or sell.
