We engaged four Real Estate Agents in preparation for the sale of our Cheltenham property and all varied greatly in their approach to handle our business. Kevin was very professional, consistent and organized in the pitch to sign our property and very willing to go the extra mile in explaining the processes and the RW sales strategy, it was not just about telling us they could get the highest price. Kevin was supportive and flexible in all negotiation matters - at all times, and went above and beyond to share market knowledge, past results and experiences, enabling our better understanding of the value of our property and how it would be best represented. RW's use of 'technology' to capture feedback and the consistent buyer follow up was very impressive, with a momentum that did not waiver. The weekly vendor report was also very comprehensive with both Kevin and the team always available to us (even after hours ) to discuss and answer any questions pertaining to vendor comments and credibility, and how this does or doesn't effect the campaign. Our Auction day was a huge success, with us having a very large crowd and multiple bidders which enabled us to achieve 90k over our reserve. Kevin's charismatic manner and systematic auction style, coupled with his 'high level' of personal drive saw him extract every last bid from the crowd, which was key to our successful result.
