Alistair and his team were extra-professional from the first day - with a good portion of humour thrown in. Their knowledge of the market was first class and they were always ahead of what market changes were occurring. Their communication was excellent - we were always kept up to date with every part of our sale and they managed all expectations, perfect case of under promise and over deliver. We were very happy with the record price they were able to achieve, but also their after sale service is terrific, you are not just a number and you can see Al and his team continue this through their strong ties and involvement in the community.

We were reluctant to go to auction and in fact changed our mind before listing. After discussing with Alastair and Hayley, we decided that it was a good marketing strategy. The benefits such as the fact it is unconditional (beneficial when looking to purchase another home) and lower risk convinced us to go with an auction. We were most happy with the communication from Hayley and Brooke. The ease of the entire sale process made it less stressful for us. She is a great communicator and communicated with me regularly. Holly even ensured that communication between the different parties right up to settlement.
