Painless process
The process was fairly painless. I only dealt with Sam Hagan and he was very responsive to my questions. The administration team at Ray White Wilston were also good to deal with. Thanks Sam.

Simple and Quick Sale!
We were reluctant to go to auction and in fact changed our mind before listing. After discussing with Alastair and Hayley, we decided that it was a good marketing strategy. The benefits such as the fact it is unconditional (beneficial when looking to purchase another home) and lower risk convinced us to go with an auction. We were most happy with the communication from Hayley and Brooke. The ease of the entire sale process made it less stressful for us. The reason we chose to list with Ray White Wilston and Brooke and Hayley is because we purchased the home from Alastair and we were always impressed by his service. We would most definitely recommend Hayley and Brooke's services.

Selling made easy
We decided to go with Alistair because of his knowledge of the market and approachable nature. Communication was very important for us and Alistair delivered by keeping us up to date after each open and providing a weekly report on all the sales activity. Alistair conducted a great campaign with large numbers through our home, a bunch of registered bidders and secured a great price on auction night.

Great agent!
Holly did a fantastic job selling our unit. We had previously tried to sell the unit with another agent and it wasn't a great experience. Holly, on the other hand, was extremely professional. She is a great communicator and communicated with me regularly. Holly even ensured that communication between the different parties right up to settlement. She also negotiated with the purchaser to increase the purchase price. It was a great experience selling with Holly!

A down to earth agent in Gordon Park
Holly was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We worked with her to sell two new townhouses in Gordon Park. Before we appointed her, she was natural and genuine, which was what attracted us to her. Fantastic to work with
We decided to sell with Holly due to her way of securing our buyers by creating an emotional attachment to the home . Honest and engaging agent
