A down to earth agent in Gordon Park
Holly was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We worked with her to sell two new townhouses in Gordon Park. Before we appointed her, she was natural and genuine, which was what attracted us to her. During the sale and the negotiation period, she was honest, open and communicative. I know she treated the buyers with honesty, respect and courtesy which was important to us too. She made the sales process a pleasure.

Fantastic to work with
We decided to sell with Holly due to her way of securing our buyers by creating an emotional attachment to the home . We felt Holly had the drive and enthusiasm to show the house off in its full potential. Not only did Holly do this but she also sold the home in three weeks! Honest and engaging agent

Underwhelming
Holly was wonderfully energetic and enthusiastic. We were initially really excited to sell with her. Ultimately in our mind she pitched our place much higher than what was realistic. I don’t think she is alone in customers having this outcome. Unfortunately over estimating and under delivering appears to be across the board when it comes to selling. She was lovely, we were a bit disappointed with the whole process.

A wonderful agent - makes buying and selling easy!
