The campaign was awesome! I was very pleased I had a lot of people through and it was amazing to sit out the back of the auctions and listen to the bidding go, I couldnt be more pleased. Brooke was fantastic, kept me up to date with everything and the amount of people we had through, I dont know if any other agent could have done that so I am particularly pleased. I thought maybe the onsite may have been better but now on reflection it was just amazing to sit here and see the vibe that was going on, I think the fact that there were people here that might have looked at some other properties and then looked at mine. It was definitely worth while doing it in rooms. I am very happy with the price, it is where I thought it would be and a little above. It is such a relief to know that the property sold.

Brooke is a delightful young woman . She is highly professional ,efficient and has great communication skills. We were reluctant to purchase at auction but found great support from both Brooke and her assist Kaytlyn. We were late to view the home prior to auction and needed a viewing and information sourced regarding the property very last minute and every effort was made to answer any questions we had. Brooke had kept contact with me for a year or two whilst my aged mother was in a nursing home. Unfortunately my mother passed away in late May this year. We listed with Brooke wherein we auctioned the property a few weeks later and managed to receive a good price over what was thought to be the value of the property.
