We were reluctant to go to auction, however Brooke explained that due to the lack of properties similar available in the marketplace, an auction would create the best competition and maximise the price. Brooke’s communication, professional manner, knowledge of the market, extensive client base and contacts to help with styling were very helpful throughout the process.
