Holly was a good communicator, providing guidance through offering prior to auction, and purchasing at auction. Whilst always representing her client, the vendor's interests, Holly none the less instilled confidence through providing information and support through the process of purchasing at auction. Holly treated us with respect, I dare say fairly and openly and honestly. Through Holly's support and advice, and of course having done our own research and due diligence, we actually enjoyed the auction. I actually first heard of Brooke through a friend as Ross and I had sold our house and were looking in the Kedron area and she came highly recommended to us. We really appreciated Brooke's efforts in trying to help us find a new home for our family. From the outset both Chris and I found Brooke to be extremely genuine and friendly. After many meetings will different real estate agents we decided to list our home with Brooke the main reason being that she was not a pushy sales person & we could see ourselves buying a house from her. We appreciated Brooke's professional approach during the auction campaign even though we didn't receive the outcome we wanted. After the auction Brooke remained in touch even while on holidays. Until the deal was done. So I can't thank her enough for the way she handled the sale of the property. The final touch of the sold sign and the ribbon were a lovely touch as was the beautiful bouquet of flowers and the congratulations hamper!
