Swan Street Purchase
Holly was absolutely wonderful. Stepping back into the property market was a somewhat daunting experience. Buying a property at auction was even more daunting, However, Holly was there every step of the way, guiding, advising and supporting. Holly is trustworthy, effective and professional. Brooke Copping is a stellar sales agent

Excellent service and approach
Couldn't rate Holly high enough. Holly was super friendly and approachable from the first time she met with us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she continually kept us informed of her approaches to interested parties, her methods and her keen desire to achieve a great outcome for our family. She kept an exceptionally clear focus on price considerations and provided honest answers to our questions and concerns. She displayed a learned familiarity with the particular local market. Her open days presented the house well in what turned out to be a changing challenging market. Her achievement in obtaining a firm commitment from a buyer prior to auction was a fantastic outcome and can only be attributed to her keen and experienced negotiation and communication strategies and style. Purchasing at Auction
Holly was a good communicator, providing guidance through offering prior to auction, and purchasing at auction. Whilst always representing her client, the vendor's interests, Holly none the less instilled confidence through providing information and support through the process of purchasing at auction. Holly treated us with respect, I dare say fairly and openly and honestly. Through Holly's support and advice, and of course having done our own research and due diligence, we actually enjoyed the auction. Being prepared made it as fun as it was pressured and stressful, and we came out the new owners of our dream house. Congratulations Holly and thanks.

I actually first heard of Brooke through a friend as Ross and I had sold our house and were looking in the Kedron area and she came highly recommended to us. It was a coincidence that Brooke was managing the sale of Mawson St and what a great first impression we had when meeting for the first time. Not only does Brooke look incredibly well presented but professional, approachable and trustworthy which as an agent is very important! Brooke was very patient with our three crazy kids eager to look through the property and kindly waited for us to take it all in which was very important. We have now gone unconditional and extremely confident to highly recommend Brooke to all of our networks.
