We have recently sold our family home at Auction with Holly. Whilst she was an out of town agent we chose to use her because she sold our investment property in her local location and we wanted the same experience. Over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents in different countries and are aware that some are better than others. The first thing to note about Holly is her honesty and integrity. We felt that the entire process was transparent and her communication with us was thorough and knowledgable. She made herself available for all my annoying questions at all hours and always responded in a very timely manner to any emails. She was very friendly and courteous to potential buyers as witnessed from the open homes when buyers arrived early as we were leaving. Her reports to us with all the buyers feedback were very well documented and portrayed an accurate picture of where things were at. She went above and beyond with the simple things like providing an extra doorstop, or a candle or cushion where needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Holly Bowden and would be happy to have her act as an agent for us again when we buy or sell.

Holly was our pick of the agents we reviewed. She set out the parameters for the sale of our family home very clearly. She worked hard on the open house appointments. She advised against the low end offers and she was able to close with an offer which we were prepared to accept. Holly was professional, friendly and well groomed at all times.

After receiving independent reviews of what my house was worth, I was reluctant to sell as I didn't think I could achieve the number I had in mind for selling my beautiful home. Holly was great at communicating how she believed she could reach my figure. Each week I got a detailed update and feedback on open houses. She has very friendly vibe which encourages people to feel relaxed when looking at your house. No doubt, she achieved more than my expectations and I could not recommend this agent highly enough. I'm happy to say that in all my years in buying/selling real estate she is someone I actually trust to sell my house.

We are very impressed as buyers with the service that Holly provided. We felt that she could not of done more to help us with a successful purchase prior to auction. She had a through knowledge of the area. Communication was refreshingly honest and friendly, with none of the usual 'real estate' talk. From first inspection to acceptance of our offer was a mere four days. Follow up care from Holly and the Ray White team has been great too.

Holly helped me to purchase my first investment property in Wilston in April 2016. Not only was this my first purchase so i was very naive but i was also purchasing interstate which could of made things very difficult. Holly was there every step of the way with advice and was always willing to answer any of my questions. She was friendly and always very professional! We went with Brooke after buying our new place from one of her listings. However, we first came across Brooke nearly a year ago when we started our search. As an agent, Brooke stood out from the rest as her advice, comments, guidance seemed very genuine - something we did not feel with most of the other agents we encountered in our 9 month search. We were very comfortable talking to Brooke and inspecting any place we inspected that Brooke was handling. There was a distinct lack of trust in most other agents as the claims, prices and stories unfolded, particularly once we got serious about any of the properties we liked, but not with Brooke. Brooke was honest, open and trustworthy. As a buyer, that is rare to find in an agent. As a seller, the trust continued. We have no concerns recommending Brooke or her agency to others. We first met Brooke when she sold a property across the road from us. She visited us a few times to appraise the property and discuss options with us. She kept in regular contact and was always friendly without being too pushy! It was our first time selling a property and Brooke made it an easy process. We were initially hesitant to go to Auction however after discussing with Brooke she answered all of our questions and explained the process involved in guiding buyers to prepare for auction and its terms. Brooke kept us updated throughout the entire campaign and was always professional and friendly. We would be happy to recommend her.
