We really appreciated Brooke's efforts in trying to help us find a new home for our family. We worked with her on two properties and found her to be very professional and very accommodating in taking us through to view the homes. We are selling our house in Wooloowin and would have loved to have engaged Brooke to sell it for us, however we have an agent we have worked with for many years so in this instance we couldn't engage Brooke. From the outset both Chris and I found Brooke to be extremely genuine and friendly. After many meetings will different real estate agents we decided to list our home with Brooke the main reason being that she was not a pushy sales person & we could see ourselves buying a house from her. We appreciated Brooke's professional approach during the auction campaign even though we didn't receive the outcome we wanted. After the auction Brooke remained in touch even while on holidays. Until the deal was done. So I can't thank her enough for the way she handled the sale of the property. The final touch of the sold sign and the ribbon were a lovely touch as was the beautiful bouquet of flowers and the congratulations hamper! Over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents in different countries and are aware that some are better than others. The first thing to note about Holly is her honesty and integrity. We felt that the entire process was transparent and her communication with us was thorough and knowledgable. She made herself available for all my annoying questions at all hours and always responded in a very timely manner to any emails. Holly helped me to purchase my first investment property in Wilston in April 2016. Not only was this my first purchase so i was very naive but i was also purchasing interstate which could of made things very difficult.
