We went with Brooke after buying our new place from one of her listings. However, we first came across Brooke nearly a year ago when we started our search. As an agent, Brooke stood out from the rest as her advice, comments, guidance seemed very genuine - something we did not feel with most of the other agents we encountered in our 9 month search. We were very comfortable talking to Brooke and inspecting any place we inspected that Brooke was handling. There was a distinct lack of trust in most other agents as the claims, prices and stories unfolded, particularly once we got serious about any of the properties we liked, but not with Brooke. Brooke was honest, open and trustworthy. As a buyer, that is rare to find in an agent. As a seller, the trust continued. We have no concerns recommending Brooke or her agency to others. We first met Brooke when she sold a property across the road from us. She visited us a few times to appraise the property and discuss options with us. She kept in regular contact and was always friendly without being too pushy! It was our first time selling a property and Brooke made it an easy process. We were initially hesitant to go to Auction however after discussing with Brooke she answered all of our questions and explained the process involved in guiding buyers to prepare for auction and its terms. We recently purchased a property from Brooke and it couldn't have been easier. Brooke was lovely to deal with, very professional yet friendly in her approach. We selected Alistair based on his recent results in our area. In our initial meeting with Alistair he went through the specific process he has used successfully and explained how it could work for us. The strategic approach appealed to us - the best use of marketing dollars, the identification and maximising of serious purchasers, the regular reporting system, and the benefits of offsite auctions. The outcome was better than Alistair had originally suggested we would achieve - so from that perspective it was a successful campaign.

We decided we wanted to auction our house so we researched past listings and which agencies had the most listings and were comfortable with auctions. We also looked at sold homes and comments that indicated that the agent took pride in the fact they had achieved a record price or over the asking price. We did wonder if perhaps not putting a price on our home would discourage buyers. However, Brooke provided data we could understand and is experienced in auctions which made us realise that we should trust her expertise. We were extremely happy with how professional Brooke was, how well she knew the market and in particular auctioning homes in our area. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always focused on the end game. She made you feel like your property was the only one she was selling. The price Brooke achieved was well above our expectations so we were very happy with the service offered. We would highly recommend Brooke and have already recommended her to people we know.
