Irena Jensa has been an agent in this part of Brisbane for many years and as a result, her knowledge and experience in the local area saved the frustration of not knowing the true picture of the market, and how to go about marketing a property so that it sells quickly for the best price. This is why I recently chose Irena to sell my property in Moorooka and I was very happy with the marketing campaign, Irena's professional, pragmatic and diligent approach and the 'extra miles' she walked to ensure that my sale went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible. The buyer came to the first open house but wasn't in a position to make an offer as she had her house on the market that wasn't selling. Irene offered the buyer some advice and was invited to inspect the house and offered further advice. Long story short, our buyer's house sold quickly thereafter and our house and our buyers house settled on the same day! This wasn't the first time I had chosen Irena to sell a property for me and I would be happy to commission her again. Many agents promise you the world to get your listing but their delivery falls well short of their promises. Irena offered a well informed professional marketing campaign that delivered.

I highly recommend Irena Jansa and and Su-ella Seminara of 2RealAgents Remax. I sold my house with them by auction in March 2016. They were professional and very hard working every step of the way. We have dealt with Darren and Sue on two occasions. Once when buying a property and the second time was when we sold the same property. Both experiences were very positive. Darren and Sue go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Darren acted as a project manager to help us get our house ready for sale. He always made himself available when needed and Sue was always there to back him up/working behind the scenes. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
