At a time when things can be quite stressful, in my role as an estate executor, Mitch made the process very easy and achieved a good result with the sale of our late mother's house. The sale price was exceeded and sold very quickly under his guidance. I have no hesitation in recommending Mitch to handle your real estate business.

We found Mitchell to be professional and polite through out the process of purchasing our house. Mitchell would always keep us up dated and we felt he was there to help at every step. We would recommend Mitchell to anyone wanting to sell or buy.

Wow! We received a beautiful gift from Ben Tafolo - Tafolo Realty on the sale of my our home. Thanks to Ben Tafolo and the team. We couldn’t fault the entire process. Ben is a patient, kind, all round good bloke and knows the market inside and out.

Our experience of selling our family home with Mitchell Younger could not have been better. He went above and beyond our expectations. He arranged for minor repairs to be done so that we didn't have to worry about finding tradespeople or for us having to be on the premises when this work was carried out. He negotiated a very satisfactory price for our home with the buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Andrew went above and beyond to not only sell our home but to get a great price. He was always available, answering every call or message immediately and took care of everything making the process simple and easy. Having bought and sold a few properties now, Andrew was by far the best agent I've ever dealt with. I'll most certainly be using him again in the future and recommending him to my friends and family.

Working with Andrew in securing our new home has been an absolute pleasure. He kept well informed on the entire progress right until hand over of keys. Andrew understood our needs and preferences in our new home and sure did deliver. He was very patient with us when we were indecisive. Highly recommended if you are looking for your new home in Northern Gold Coast

Having put our property on the market at the probably the worst time, just post the Covid boom as interest rates were rising, Andrew was realistic about the market and the direction we should take. While the eventual sale took a while to materialise, at no stage did he pressure us to reduce our asking price and firmly believed in what we wanted to achieve.

Michael sold our property in April 2023. Everything about the service he provided was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the Gold Coast region and has great contacts for any of other services you may need that he does not provide. 10/10 highly recommended!!!
