Our business has evolved from several very successful and highly regarded real estate foundations to flourish as Republik Property Partners.
Primarily, we have grown from owning and operating the Savills franchise on the Gold Coast for over 20 years. This rare and long-standing arrangement has cemented many strategic relationships with national and global clients that will continue with certainty into the future as part of Republik Property Partners.
With Savills Australia deciding not to support a regional location moving forward, our transition recognises the need for our independence in the residential market sector, whilst retaining our commercial, retail, and industrial heritage.
A second pillar to our foundation is Resort Apartment and Sales (RAAS), established in 2001 to provide specialised services to the management rights industry, and as a leading seller of apartments and management rights in this sector.
This company has been hugely successful, selling more than 200 apartments per year across Queensland, and more than 50 management rights annually. Whilst RAAS maintains a separate identity, the relationship with Republik Property Group is robust, with shared ownership and employees working for and across both groups.
We recognise that our people are the company and the business, and our Partner Group is personally determined, enthusiastic and sincere. Our aim is to provide our clients with an integral and energised experience.
