Melissa and her team has a proven record of providing high quality realestate agency services. Again, this time she has proven her dedication to client services from the construction to renting of our granny flat. She had provided valuable advice during the project, and taken ownership of matters beyond her portfolio. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Melissa and the team at R&W Rooty Hill over the years by now. Keep up the good works. I have no hesitation recommending you to any owner / investor for managing any properties.

My Property Manager is very helpful, always communicating with me on what is best for me and my property especially when it comes to rental return, what needs to be done to better the property - communicate any repair or anything about the property - looks out and always keeps me updated with anything in regards to the property - always very easy to get hold off and always available when i need any confirmation about my property. Always provide 100% service and has been with my agent for over 10 years and absolutely love their service.
