Shayne Douglas at W&R Rooty Hill was great from the time he visited to sign us up. His proactive ideas on marketing and on the ground knowledge was evident from the responses we had at the very first open house and was able to rent the property in two weeks. Highly recommend W&R to anyone who wishes deal with them in the future

I have been with R&W Rooty hills for the past 4 years. I bought my investment property through them and since then they have been managing the leasing. I love dealing with them, they are professional and honest. I particularly love dealing with Naz and Amanda.

Very pleased to have R&W look after my property, in particular Naz Sharifai. She has done a great job on looking after the property and keeping it maintained as well as keeping me well informed. Great communication and always follows up on what she says or recommends. Thank you :)

We had Naz looking after and managing out property after our tenants moved out and arranged quotes for painters and carpet installation. Naz’s communication was great as we were always informed on what was happening and got us quotes promptly. All work was completed to a high standard and efficiently. After two open homes Naz found new tenants for our place and everything was done within 3weeks. Naz was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend herself and her a Agency.
