Great Team!
From the beginning of our negotiations at R&W Rooty Hill with Dave and Shayne we have felt assured our investment is in safe hands. We have been kept informed at all stages and no issue has been too difficult to resolve. We highly recommend the R&W Rooty Hill team Brian & Lisette

Very professional outfit.
My investment property became vacant last month when the tenant moved out. Within a week or two, the house was prepared for re-letting, open house dates were organised and this week I was able to approve a new tenant into the house. All this in a short period of time. At every step of the way, I received text messages, phone calls and emails from Shayne and a number of his team, keeping me informed of every step. Could not have asked for a better effort.

Efficient and hassle free
Very efficient and good communication from start to finish. House was rented out after the first open with minimal delays from us moving out. Recommended.
