I first met Scott about 4 months ago, he offered to pick me up from Woy Woy station to show me the house i enquired about, then he showed me a few more houses he thought i might be interested in, he then offered to drop me off anywhere on the peninsula, i decided to accept he's kind offer and he dropped me off at Umina as i have friends there. Francois turned around our opinion and experience of the industry, he was about getting the best outcome for us and not about a quick sale. We found him very conscientious, honest, most affable and always willing to offer advice. Right from the start he provided us with confidence, displaying excellent knowledge of the market and that he would do his utmost to secure for us the best outcome. He was always analysing the market and would run through several strategies in an effort to achieve a good outcome in what was becoming a depressed market. It wasn't a unilateral decision as we part of the decision making process on the strategy to be used. His communication skill was par excellence. After every Open House, without fail, he would ring and give a run down on each person who had attended the session.
