Damien understood my needs from the get-go. I needed to sell my mother's house as a deceased estate and I was the sole executor. He was very patient with me through all the legal red tape I needed to undergo with probate etc as this stalled putting the house on the market initially. He also assisted me with logistical issues such as preparing the grounds as I live 5 hours drive away from the local area. He was up to date with the local market and we got a good price for the house (which was pretty much bang-on what he'd estimated). I would highly recommend Damien to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the area.

Scott was listed to sell our property, it what is considered a difficult market. He kept us informed at every step of the way and was consistent in his follow up of potential purchasers. In the end it was his colleague who identified the purchaser, but Scott still maintained communication with myself and my wife at all times. His friendly approach and honest feedback and advice was appreciated.
