Great communication and follow up
Scott was listed to sell our property, it what is considered a difficult market. He kept us informed at every step of the way and was consistent in his follow up of potential purchasers. In the end it was his colleague who identified the purchaser, but Scott still maintained communication with myself and my wife at all times. His friendly approach and honest feedback and advice was appreciated. Whilst we didn't get the price we were hoping for, we were realistic about the market dynamics, and this was supported by Scott's deep and thorough knowledge of the market.

A Great Agent!
We bought a house from Scott recently, Scott definitely made the process as painless as possible for us. Scott was very prompt in supplying us the information we requested. He gave us a lot of clarity about the housing market in the area, and was also very helpful with the negotiation process once we were certain which house we wanted to buy. Over all, Scott was a great agent.

What more can I say about John & Phil at R&W Umina. Great experience
Francois made purchasing our property very easy. We called Francois late one Saturday afternoon and on short notice he made himself available to take us through the property that same afternoon. Francois was very helpful, quick to communicate with us, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
