Francois worked tirelessly over a long period to find us a suitable villa in the Peninsula area. His tenacity in doing this impressed us & we are most grateful for his efforts. During this process we found him to be exceptionally professional in his dealings with us. He was polite, genuine, trustworthy & demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local market. We are thankful for his services in finding us a property & have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the market for a new home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Damian’s outstanding customer service. I contacted Damian some time ago in regards to purchasing a property in the South Umina area. Damian was in constant contact as properties come on to the market and he was more than willing to show me through the properties at short notice. Damian always presented in a professional manner and we were always met with a smile. It is clear that Damian takes pride in his role and has a great knowledge in the real estate industry. Damian assisted in all areas of the sale and also went out of his way to guide me in the right direction to have the property rented out. I could not have been happier with Damian’s professional friendly service and would highly recommend Damian to all. Damian is a credit to Richardson and Wrench Umina Beach and should be proud of the great job that he is doing. Thanks very much for the great service.

Damien was so easy to talk to. So accomodating and patient.Damien has great people skills and knows the market. He made us feel comfortable despite the stress when selling a home. He is thoroughly professional and caring about other people not just the sale. My wife and I would highly recommend Damien to anyone buying or selling. PS We got the price we wanted.

Damien surely went above and beyond the requirements of a real estate agent. His knowledge, understanding of the property, his professionalism, courteous manner, approachability and availability was truly remarkable and highly appreciated. His genuine caring nature and patience made what is usually a highly stressful life experience, an extremely pleasurable one. I need look no further for an agent in the future.

Damien understood my needs from the get-go. I needed to sell my mother's house as a deceased estate and I was the sole executor. He was very patient with me through all the legal red tape I needed to undergo with probate etc as this stalled putting the house on the market initially. He also assisted me with logistical issues such as preparing the grounds as I live 5 hours drive away from the local area. He was up to date with the local market and we got a good price for the house (which was pretty much bang-on what he'd estimated). I would highly recommend Damien to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the area.

Having dealt with Scott on two different occasions once buying and once selling two different properties he would be the most helpful and efficient business person that I have encountered over many years. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
