The team at Richardson & Wrench - Umina Beach especially Scott Wilson have been exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the entire process of buying our property. Our sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently, we were most impressed with the level of communication and felt as though we were kept up to date at each stage of the transaction. There was always someone available to answer our phone queries and our emails were responded to very quickly. Being a first time buyer, Scott guided us in every step and helped us get our property. There were instances where Scott opened the property for inspection on Friday evenings. We, Ayas and Ranjita, would not hesitate in recommending R&W’s Scott Wilson - Umina Beach to everyone for future sales. Love your work Mr Scott Wilson. You are a ROCKSTAR. Highly Recommended

I would highly recommend John Carey. I first met John when I decided to get an evaluation of my property 4 1/2 years ago when I was unemployed. I was impressed with John at the time, he was both compassionate & understanding of my situation & didn't pressure me to sell. This positive experience stayed with me, so when I made a decision to sell this year, I went solely with Richardson & Wrench in Umina, rather than obtain quotes from other R/E Agencies. Genuine customer service appealed to me more than obtaining the best/cheapest commission. I found John to be very professional in his approach, very knowledgeable of the local market & area. He & his colleagues were very pro active & did their best to sell my property as quickly as possible. Open inspections were held twice a week with private inspections at other times. Consequently my property sold in 5 weeks in a slowing market at a great price. I was also impressed by John's integrity - a word not necessarily indicative of real estate agents. Whereas my previous buying/selling experience with other real estate agencies showed an element of unprofessionalism - I found John professional & respectful at all times, both towards me & the potential purchasers of my property. I have recommended John & R&W Umina to my neighbours who are now selling their unit & will be using John as their agent.

These guys are the market leaders in the area. Hands down the best agents!

We chose John Carey specifically to sell our property because of the service we received when looking at properties to purchase in the area. John was attentive, knowledgeable and clearly disciplined. And is far the best agent we had dealt with in the local area, clearly he was our first choice when the time came to sell. From the day we spoke about listing the property John provided data that helped with our price positioning and gave valuable feedback with regards to our presentation. John and the team at Richardson and Wrench Umina Beach were flawless with their approach to selling our property. The whole team were professional in their appearance and everybody within the agency we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Best agent on the Central Coast

John Carey and his team at Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach are highly professional and knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done. John and his team were a pleasure to deal with during the recent sale of my home at Woy Woy, especially given that the market was cooling. They worked extremely hard to attract and negotiate with potential buyers. There was absolutely no pressure in relation to price and John explained his strategy and approach at every stage. He was very knowledgeable in relation to recent sales and market conditions and his advice was spot on. We ended up getting a good price, despite the cooling market conditions. I would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team and I can assure you that they will make your house sale as easy and pleasant as possible. Best agent by far on the Central Coast.

John Carey - Top Notch Agent - Simply the Best

I bought this little house 10 years ago after meeting John Carey at an open house for another property in Woy Woy that didn't quite suit my needs. After a short discussion with John at that open house he advised me of a property that had just come on the market which he thought would be of interest to me and offered to take me there directly. It was late Sunday afternoon, he didn't have to go out of his way but he did. I remember pulling up out the front of 14 Melbourne Ave and looking down the road toward the beach and then looking back at the facade and smiling. It wasn't until we entered the house that I fell deeply in love. She was run down and original, my perfect project home. After 10 fabulous years of owning this little retro beauty, John was the obvious choice to pass her on to the right people at the right price. His understanding of the local market and his genuine rapport with people, I knew would ensure this. John is not only honest in his opinion with both vendors and purchasers but is able to listen to and work along with the needs of his clients. Communication has always been easy and friendly and I have felt informed and relaxed through out this sale. True to form John was able to match the right people to the right house in record time leaving this Vendor elated. It was a big decision letting my "Labour of Love" go, John was able to make the whole process feel like it was the right thing to do with no stress and the result speaks for it's self. You simply cannot find a better local agent than John Carey.
