Karen Tannock has managed our property for a long period, knows her stuff, always very open in her communications with us, and very friendly and professional. We live overseas and really value the trust element of using an experienced team like Robinsons which gives us great piece of mind. Unlike some of our other investment properties where we seem to have a new property manager every 6-12 months, the stability and experience in the Robinsons property team is one of the things we appreciate the most.
