I, too, have tried the application several times, but each time, the agent's delayed reply and lack of communication, the simplicity of the inspection, and the indifference of the agents only increased my disappointment. But this Robinson property agent was different. As soon as I contacted, the agent Demi responded to me, and the process was simple and clear with a quick response. The detailed explanation and kindness even during the inspection made her want to rent with this company. I really highly recommend it. We have two apartments which are managed by Robinson. They have made life as a property owner very easy. We appreciate their guidance on appropriate rents to charge and that there has been very little time that the properties have been untenanted. Our favourite aspect is that all the strata, rates and water bills are sent directly to Robinson and paid by them; the rental income balance is then deposited into our account. We have never considered changed to a different company and probably never will.
